As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily breakfast operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and management. A passion for culinary arts with the ability to create visually appealing dishes that delight guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week
