Job Summary


We are seeking a talented and passionate breakfast chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management, with the ability to cook breakfasts while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Opportunity to do some evening meal and Sunday roast service for the right candidate.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation. Ensure the kitchen is organised, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Take orders from residents and maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast room

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a professional kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of food production. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
