Responsibilities

Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste, and consistency across all dishes served.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to optimise workflow and minimise waste.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
Supervising experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
Extensive kitchen experience with a solid understanding of culinary practices.
