Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Plan and prepare menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and cooking methods Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations Innovate new dishes and improve existing recipes to enhance the dining experience

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen environment Strong background in food production and preparation techniques Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate others Proficient cooking skills with a passion for culinary excellence Extensive kitchen experience, ideally within a restaurant setting Solid culinary experience with knowledge of various cuisines Understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence Strong leadership qualities, capable of guiding a diverse team Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
