Rockliffe Hall is an AA-rated 5 red star resort in the north of England and is set within 375 acres outside the village of Hurworth, near Darlington in County Durham. We aim to provide an outstanding personalised service to each guest who stays, spas, golfs and dines and with us, acknowledging special occasions and making them memorable for all guests. We are currently seeking a Breakfast Chef to join Team Rockliffe!
The Role
The main responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef role will be (but not limited to):
Deliver a seamless breakfast service and monitor the quality and presentation of the breakfast service to ensure that it is up to Rockliffe's 5-star standard.
Plan and place orders to selected food suppliers on a daily and weekly basis to ensure stock availability
Train, coach and aid the development of junior chefs within the kitchen
Help with the preparation and delivery of the afternoon tea service.
