As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu specifications. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest feedback and requests.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and staff supervision. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in developing new dishes. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is highly desirable.
