talented and motivated Breakfast Chef

to join our friendly kitchen team.

We pride ourselves on delivering a memorable breakfast experience - combining fresh, locally sourced ingredients with creativity and care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves mornings, enjoys a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in presentation and consistency.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes to order, ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency. Take responsibility for breakfast service - from setup and preparation to delivery and close-down. Manage food prep efficiently, maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards at all times. Ensure kitchen stations are clean, stocked, and ready before, during, and after service. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen colleagues to deliver seamless service. Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste. Uphold the Cafe Theatre's reputation for fresh, flavoursome, and beautifully presented dishes.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a breakfast or short-order chef role. Strong organisational and time management skills. A passion for food, presentation, and quality. A calm and professional approach under pressure. A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
