As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver a quality breakfast, providing a high standard of fresh food in a busy hotel and oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries.
You must be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis and take full responsibility and accountability for the breakfast shift.
You will also be responsible for short order cooking and preparation of lounge meals and bar snacks
In additional you will ensure that all policies and procedures laid down by management are implemented.
Shift times - 6am -3pm, 5 out of 7 days per week.

Average increases base rate pay up to 1.00 per hour.
