Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Develop innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.
