Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain quality standards.
Skills
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Familiarity with hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
