Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Create and develop menu items that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before serving.
Skills
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Extensive kitchen experience, preferably within a restaurant setting.
Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service excellence.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Ability to serve dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
