Job Description
Join our passionate culinary team at Hucknall's premier fine Mediterranean dining destination. We're known for our authentic cuisine with Turkish and Italian influences, featuring our signature open charcoal grill. As we expand our offerings, we're looking for a talented breakfast chef to help launch our morning service and Sunday Roasts. The Chef will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes Lead our Sunday roast service, creating traditional roasts with Mediterranean touches Develop and execute our Sunday platter for two offering Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with our fine dining reputation Collaborate with the kitchen team across different service periods Assist with menu development for breakfast and Sunday offerings Manage prep and mise en place for efficient breakfast and Sunday service
Skills
Proven supervisory experience within a kitchen environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Proficient in cooking methods, food presentation, and culinary creativity. Extensive kitchen experience with a solid understanding of culinary principles. Previous culinary experience in a restaurant setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of hospitality practices and customer service excellence. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills. Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
