HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time position, early morning and daytime shifts including weekends.
LOCATION: Roe Valley Resort

We are currently seeking to recruit a Full-Time Breakfast Chef to become part of our motivated and passionate kitchen team.

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Preparing and cooking breakfast to very high standards as outlined by the Head Chef.
Ensuring that breakfast is delivered on time.
Working within the team to manage food standards and quality across all stages of food preparation and production ensuring high standards are consistently met.
Ensuring minimum wastage of produce and implementing new ideas for reducing wastage.
Working within and maintaining all associated Health, Safety, Fire, and Hygiene guidelines/procedures while working.
Comply with Company Food Safety Policies and legislation.
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times in your section and ensure your personal appearance and uniform is always in line with the required Resort standards.
The Person:
Applicant must;
Have a passion for the job you do!
Have at least 1 experience working as a Chef de Partie. Experience in a similar role (preferred).
Good knowledge of all kitchen sections.
Good organisational skills, be able to multi-task, and work well under pressure.
Have a flexible approach to working shifts and must be available to work early mornings and weekends.
Hold basic Food Hygiene Qualification or above.
Be an enthusiastic and positive team player.
Have a hard-working attitude with a hands-on approach.
Must have a good, pleasant manner and be well presented.
