We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and preparation, with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant environments. As a Chef, you will be responsible for prepping breakfast and creating a lunchtime meal, managing kitchen operations, and leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Prepare and cook Breakfast meals according to established recipes and menus. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while adhering to budget constraints. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Develop new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and arrange for repairs when necessary.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen environment. Strong food production skills with an emphasis on quality cooking techniques. Excellent team management abilities, fostering a positive work atmosphere. In-depth knowledge of food preparation methods and culinary practices. Extensive culinary experience with a passion for creating innovative dishes. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence. Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire kitchen staff. Comprehensive understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with serving skills.
