Job Description

Droxford Junior School is a successful village school set in the Meon Valley. The children are wonderful and the staff are experienced, creative and proactive. We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful and conscientious person to be the Breakfast Club Supervisor who will join the school team and make a real impact in the school. The appointed person will supervise all aspects of the club, all while creating a happy, welcoming and stimulating environment considering the individual needs of the children.

Main responsibilities include:

Setting up ready for the start of the daily club planning and delivering activities Sourcing breakfast meal provisions Responsibility for the club budget. Liaising with parents and school staff to ensure messages are passed on reliably Ensuring a welcoming and positive start to the school day for the pupils
The successful applicant will have:

Creative ideas to produce a range of recreational and physical past-time activities Excellent communication/organisational skills and ability to use IT systems (email) Management experience in a childcare setting Relevant childcare experience with an understanding of equal opportunities and special educational needs Level 3 qualification in childcare Valid First Aid qualification or willing to undertake qualification

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 4,366.92-4,550.28 per year

Expected hours: 7.5 per week

Work Location: In person
