Job Description
Due to a change in management, Group Retreats are seeking an experienced Cook for breakfast service The Vines Hotel in Black Bourton on the edge of the Cotswolds. This exciting role requires an experienced cook to provide delicious and traditional food to out customers.
We are an Oxfordshire based Hotel located near Bampton that has restaurant, bar, and rooms.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Food preparation.
Help writing menus.
Working within budgets and reaching targets.
Checking incoming goods to verify quality and quantity.
The Ideal Candidate will:
Be experienced at working in a small team and independently.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Bampton OX18 2PF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)
