Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at Rufflets Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding service to our guests while assisting in the smooth operation of our restaurant, bar and events. Your contributions will enhance our guests' experiences and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and bar areas. Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Support food preparation and presentation for dining services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining tables and kitchen spaces. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are key traits for success.
