Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Breakfast Front of House Team Member to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient dining experience. Prior hospitality experience is essential, as youll be expected to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly in a warm and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve breakfast items in accordance with hotel and health & safety standards
Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, including resetting tables promptly
Assist with setting up and breaking down the breakfast area, including restocking buffet and beverages
Provide guests with information about menu options, special dietary requirements, and local attractions as needed
Handle guest queries or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues where appropriate
Work collaboratively with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
Follow hotel policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
Professional and friendly attitude
Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
