Aethos London Shoreditch is on the lookout for a

Breakfast Manager

who can turn every breakfast into a 5-star experience. You'll lead our energetic breakfast team, collaborate with our chefs, and ensure every guest leaves the table smiling

Role Purpose / Scope

The Breakfast Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the breakfast service, ensuring an exceptional start to the day for all guests. This role involves leading and motivating the breakfast team, coordinating closely with kitchen and service staff, and upholding the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

? Oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations, timely preparation, and impeccable presentation.



? Lead, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team to consistently deliver outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.



? Monitor guest feedback and proactively resolve any issues to maintain high service standards.



? Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet Aethos standards.



? Conduct regular training for the team on service excellence, menu knowledge, health safety, and operational procedures.



? Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations in the breakfast area.



? Manage inventory control and coordinate ordering of breakfast supplies to minimise waste and avoid shortages.



? Analyse operational data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to elevate the guest experience.

Who You Are

Lawful permanent resident eligible to work in the UK Experienced manager in a hotel or lifestyle restaurant setting Fluent in English and a natural communicator Bonus points if you've got professional hospitality certification or experience with new openings
