Breakfast Server - Job Overview
A breakfast server will work in our bistro, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant and efficient start to their day. The role combines excellent customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work quickly during busy morning periods.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Serving breakfast dishes, hot beverages, and other items promptly Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of tables, buffet stations, and service areas Assisting with setting up and clearing away breakfast service Responding to guest requests and dealing with any issues politely and effectively Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Skills and qualities required:
Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure during peak times A positive, approachable attitude and professional appearance Good organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility with early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays Previous experience in hospitality is often preferred but not always essential
Working conditions:
Breakfast servers typically start early in the morning to prepare for service and may finish by late morning or early afternoon.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
