We are seeking a reliable and experienced Waiter/Waitress to provide breakfast food service and deliver exceptional service to our overnight guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with experience in restaurant operations,

This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Approx 3hrs per shift 8am-11am 2/3 shifts per week

Responsibilities

Take breakfast food orders, serve food, prepare hot drinks all whilst ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Support food preparation tasks if required while adhering to strict food safety guidelines. Ensure timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with team members to maintain good service and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the workspace. Assist in setting up for events or restaurant service as required. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality role is essentiaL particularly in a restaurant environment Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills within the industry.
