We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Breakfast Supervisor

to join our team at the Gomersal Park Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the breakfast team to ensure smooth daily operations. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards at all times. Oversee the setup, presentation, and replenishment of the breakfast buffet. Take and deliver customer orders promptly and professionally. Train, motivate, and guide staff to provide an outstanding guest experience. Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health & safety regulations. Handle guest queries, requests, or complaints effectively and efficiently. Assist with stock control and ordering when required.

About You:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality or F&B is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail. Ability to motivate a team and deliver results under pressure. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays.
