Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to oversee our breakfast service in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and culinary excellence, along with strong team management skills. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a delightful breakfast experience, setting the tone for their day.

Duties

Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain efficiency. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and dining areas at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen management role within a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and inspire staff effectively. A background in hospitality is highly desirable, along with bartending experience being a plus. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required. Full flexibility to work across the 7 day week, including weekends.
