to oversee our hotel's breakfast operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the breakfast team, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining food safety standards, and providing an exceptional guest experience during the breakfast period.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the breakfast service.
Train, schedule, and motivate breakfast staff to deliver outstanding service.
Ensure buffet and a la carte options are well-stocked, fresh, and visually appealing.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the breakfast area.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and communicate updates or changes.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or breakfast service role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hospitality or culinary-related certification is a plus.
Experience in hotel breakfast or buffet-style operations.
Working Hours:
Typically 6:30 AM - 14:30 PM (may vary slightly based on hotel schedule)
