We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our hotel, be able to deliver amazing hospitality and thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest's expectations. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of brand standards, be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. You should have a warm, personable nature and a 'can do attitude'. In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Key responsibilities for the Breakfast Supervisor are:

Ensure that the highest level of customer service is provided and maintained at all times Anticipate and attend to the guest's needs and desires immediately Allocate jobs and 'stations' checking that tasks have been completed before, during and after service periods Check that the restaurant is cleaned and fully prepared for service, checking table layouts, buffets, special displays etc Assist with greeting, seating and order taking. Help guests with the selection of menu items and drink requirements Promote the menu and 'special offers' ensuring maximum possible revenue is achieved Assist with staff training; departmental inductions, job skills, safety, statutory requirements and development
