We're looking for an enthusiastic

Breakfast Supervisor

at

The Crown Hotel

to lead our breakfast team and ensure every guest starts their day with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily breakfast service to ensure smooth and efficient operations Lead and motivate the breakfast team, maintaining high service standards Ensure buffet presentation and replenishment are consistently excellent Liaise with the kitchen to coordinate food preparation and service times Greet and assist guests, handling any requests or feedback promptly Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in all service areas Assist with opening duties, stock control, and reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar supervisory or senior service role (hotel or restaurant) Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills A hands-on attitude and ability to work under pressure during busy mornings Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour
