We're now seeking a

Food & Beverage Supervisor

to join our passionate team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily F&B operations across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar service Lead, motivate, and support a team to deliver consistently high service standards Train staff on menus, upselling techniques, and service protocols Respond to guest needs and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the F&B Manager for ordering Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards at all times Ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar F&B supervisory role (hotel experience preferred)
Confident leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and guest service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Flexible availability - including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Fluent English and eligible to work in the UK

Pay: Up to 24,000.00 per year
