Key Responsibilities



Guest Experience & Service



Welcome guests warmly and ensure prompt, friendly, and professional service. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and courtesy. Ensure buffet and dining areas are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented at all times. Monitor the quality, freshness, and temperature of breakfast items.

Operations & Supervision



Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of the breakfast shift. Supervise, guide, and support breakfast staff, including servers, hosts, and buffet attendants. Assign daily tasks and ensure all team members meet service standards. Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain steady food flow and resolve any service issues.

Health, Safety, & Compliance



Ensure all food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are strictly followed. Conduct regular checks of buffet items, equipment, and dining areas for cleanliness and safety. Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and company Policies & Procedures.

Inventory & Administrative Tasks



Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management of breakfast supplies. Monitor waste and portion control to reduce costs. Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key information to management. Participate in staff training and development.


QualificationsPrevious hospitality or food service experience required; supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
