Breakfast Supervisor

We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our lovely team. This role is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience during the most important meal of the day! We encourage you to have fun, be genuine and enjoy your work.

Set in 365 acres of stunning Perthshire countryside, Murrayshall offers a luxurious four-star country house experience in the heart of Scotland. Lovingly restored over the past few years, the former home of Lord Lynedoch dates back over 400 years. It is situated just 3 miles from the cultural city of Perth, offering guests a tranquil haven in which to unwind and relax, with 40 elegant and spacious rooms and suites, 27-holes of stunning parkland golf and delicious local cuisine in our Eolas Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the breakfast service Train, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality of breakfast offerings Ordering, and stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure adequate supplies Uphold health and safety standards Implement innovative ideas to enhance the breakfast experience.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role within the industry Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for hospitality and service Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to interact with all guests, and to have fun! Strong organisational and time management skills

Job Types: Permanent basis

Job Type: Part time 22 hours from 6.30 am to 12 noon, on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday of each week (may differ to cover holidays etc)

Starting Salary: 15,170 per annum

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,170.00 per year

Expected hours: 22 per week
