The role

As a

Breakfast Supervisor

you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction. Responsibilities

A champion in demonstrating and encouraging our warm welcome and thoughtful farewell. Serve breakfast to guests in a timely and friendly manner. Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and when serving. Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional guest services. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Ensuring the setting of the restaurant is correct and to our standard. Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and cooking. Reporting and actioning guest feedback within the designated time allocation. Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure smooth breakfast service. Assist with the onboarding of new starters. Thoughtful and clear leaderships skills.
