Brewery Assistant / Delivery Driver Required

Tonbridge Brewery was established in 2010 and now supplies a wide range of traditional and contemporary beers throughout Kent, East Sussex and South East London. Our diverse range of customers include pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants, sports venues, hotels and retail outlets.

In 2023, we installed a new modern brewing facility and opened a new warehouse. We are now reaching capacity and will expand our production capability further this year.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our small team and contribute to the growth of our successful brewery.

This position is a hybrid role, with involvement in the brewing and packaging processes, combined with making customer deliveries. Over time, the role is expected to skew more towards brewing as we make further recruitments

Candidates will ideally have an interest in brewing or food/drink production, will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a team. You will need to be physically fit and have held a clean, valid UK driving licence for at least 3 years. Above all, we are looking for someone with initiative and the aptitude to learn quickly.

This is a full time role, but we work a nine day fortnight, which provides a day off every 2 weeks in addition to 28 days paid holiday.

The role is based at our brewery in East Peckham, Kent

Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 43 per week
