Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team at ST IVES BREWERY in Cornwall. In this role, you will lead visitors through our brewery, sharing our passion for brewing and our story of growth and success. Your contribution will help showcase our craft to visitors and promote our brand values.

Responsibilities

Lead guided tours of the brewery, providing engaging and informative experiences for visitors. Share knowledge about the brewing process, company history, and product offerings. Ensure visitor safety and comfort throughout the tour. Answer questions from guests and foster a welcoming environment. Assist with event organization and promotional activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour areas. Collaborate with team members to improve tour experiences. Promote the brewery's brand and values during interactions.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English. Passion for craft beer and brewing processes. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is preferred. Friendly, approachable, and engaging personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to public tours. Flexibility to accommodate visitors' schedules. Enthusiasm for sharing stories and educating guests.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
