Position Description:

The

Operation Executive & Tour Guide

is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating bookings, assisting customers, and guiding tours in Spanish or Italian. This hybrid role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for sharing Scottish culture with visitors.

Key Responsibilities

- Operation & Admin:

Manage bookings, reservations, and client quotes. Liaise with intermediaries and tourist/cultural attractions. Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and in person. Assist during tour operations and resolve operational issues.

-Tour Guides Duties

Conduct guided tours in

Spanish or Italian,

providing engaging commentary about Scottish culture, history, and attractions. Ensure high-quality experiences for tourists and manage group logistics. Handle customer concerns or unexpected situations professionally during tours.

Desirable Characteristics:

Highly valued: Proficiency in Spanish or Italian Experience in reservation management, liaising with tourist or cultural attractions, and customer relations. Experience in customer service within stressful situations or handling complaints. General knowledge of tourist attractions in Scotland.
