Tour Guide

to join our team and deliver unforgettable brewery tour experiences to visitors from near and far.

About the Role

As a Tour Guide, you'll be the face of Black Sheep Brewery. You'll take guests behind the scenes of our working brewery, sharing the story of how our famous beers are crafted -- from mash tun to pint glass. You'll bring our history, brewing process, and brand to life through engaging storytelling, humour, and genuine passion for great beer.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering fun, informative, and engaging brewery tours for groups of all sizes. Sharing the history, heritage, and brewing process of Black Sheep in a clear and entertaining way. Leading tastings of our beers and helping visitors appreciate flavour, aroma, and style. Providing excellent customer service in the visitor centre, shop, and bar. Supporting the retail and hospitality team with events and private functions when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, engaging, and enjoys speaking to people of all backgrounds. Passionate about beer, Yorkshire heritage, and the Black Sheep story. Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends and busy tourist periods. A natural storyteller with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or public speaking is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
