Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Brewery Warehouse Assistant to join our brewery team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. You'll play a key role in ensuring our beer gets to customers efficiently and in top condition. We are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual, who will uphold our stringent quality standards throughout the process. Job-specific training will be provided, however experience in a similar industry with relevant transferable skills is desired.

Reporting to our Head of Production, you'll work a 4 day week, Monday-Thursday (Tuesday-Friday occasionally) 8am-5.30pm.

Duties include:

Receiving, unloading, and organising incoming deliveries of raw materials and packaging supplies.

Pick, pack, and load outgoing materials for delivery or storage.

Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organisation are maintained at all times.

Follow health, safety, and compliance with SALSA food safety standards.

Assist brewing and packaging teams with raw materials as needed.

Report any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

Key Competencies and Experience:

Forklift experience required

Comfortable adapting to new tasks and contributing to evolving team priorities

The ability to lift 25kg

A positive attitude in general, with a willingness to learn

Experience in MS office

Past experience in the same or similar industry

Full UK (cleanish) driving license

Renumeration:

Salary - 25,207 per annum (London living wage)
