Krantz Designs are an exciting company where design and customer service is everything. Due to our continued growth we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Drivers Mate / Warehouse Assistant. This position involves a combination of warehouse duties and driving responsibilities. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for shipping and receiving, building and stocking inventory, heavy lifting, loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift, and utilizing a warehouse management system. Also assisting with our inhouse deliveries to sites around the UK. You must hold a UK driving License.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Build and stock inventory shelves with products
- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and products
- Load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques
- Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Utilize a warehouse management system to track inventory levels and locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis
- Proficient in operating a forklift
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
