The Role
We are seeking an
experienced Brickwork Supervisor
with a strong background inRC frame projects
anddetailed brickwork
. You will be responsible for leading teams on site, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and ensuring daily reporting is completed through construction management software.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate brickwork teams on site Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are achieved Manage detailed masonry works with precision Liaise with site management and other trades Complete daily progress reports and upload site photos using construction management software Resolve issues promptly to keep work on programme
Requirements
Proven experience as a Brickwork Supervisor Strong RC frame and detailed masonry knowledge
SSSTS - Essential
CSCS card - Essential Familiarity with construction management software for reporting and photos Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and specificationsReferences required
