Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various Lsettings, ensuring energy efficiency and temperature control in buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to work with a variety of tools and materials.

Duties

Install insulation ,fire sockets &fire barriers to external walls using appropriate materials and techniques. Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including bricklayers to ensure proper installation of insulation in conjunction with other building elements. Perform quality checks on installed insulation to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Assist in the repair or replacement of existing insulation as required.

Requirements

Proven experience in insulation installation or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential. Knowledge of masonry techniques, bricklaying, and roofing practices is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks effectively.
