We're looking for a

Bricklayers Labourer

to join our Site Team at Skipton Properties. Working on our current developments in the Burnley, Silsden and Skipton area.

As a family-run homebuilder with nearly four decades of experience, we're passionate about crafting high-quality homes that blend beautifully into their surroundings. We want someone equally passionate about the numbers behind the build.

You'll work alongside our bricklaying gang. No experience necessary, on site training will be given for the right person

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Working alongside the bricklayers to supply the required building materials

Prepare the construction site to ensure it is safe to work

Clean and clear debris and any hazardous material and obstacles

Follow project instructions from managers and supervisors

Use construction, maintenance tools and various equipment to complete tasks

Provide assistance to other members on the worksite

Loading, unloading and the delivering of materials

Safely climb heights when required and carry out the appropriate work

Digging of pits and trenches to prepare the construction site for work

Assist in all building scaffolding and temporary structures

Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment

We're looking for someone has:

Good communication skills

Good organisation

Teamwork skills

Attention to detail

Building and mechanical knowledge

Awareness of health and safety procedures

We would ideally like someone who has their own transport. Potential for progression with the bricklaying gang.
