Due to continued growth, we seek an enthusiast and passionate individual to join our site team as a Bricklayers Labourer.

This is a labouring role - Loading out for Bricklayers, mixing and preparing. The role is to support the bricklayers. Performing all required duties on site as instructed working according to industry health & safety standards.

Skills

The ability to follow written and spoken instructions. Excellent team working skills. Comfortable working at height. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, Key Objectives:

Movement and handling of materials to keep up with the bricklayer's demands Keeping the work area safe and tidy Preparing areas of work Mixing mortar Other ad-hoc duties to help the bricklayers where required

Requirements:

Must hold a valid CSCS Due to site locations a driving license is required. Due to the physical nature of this work a good degree of physical fitness is required Previous experience is desirable.

Package Details:

Rate of Pay is 12.50ph, paid weekly. You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays. This increases by 1 day after 2 full years completed service, then another day after 4 years and another day after 6 years service - up to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays. Days are deducted annually from leave for a full business closure at Christmas. Pension contribution is 4% employee and 3% employer. Death in Service benefit. Salary sacrifice - electric car scheme with Octopus EV and cycle to work scheme provided by cycle solutions. Discounted on site Gym at Gusto House. Bonus scheme. Cash Health Plan - fully funded by Gusto. This includes financial, legal, counselling, rewards and discounts and cash repayments for treatments such as dental, optical etc.. We are moving to an EOT in March 2027 this will enable tax free bonus payments and other benefits. Employees who join before March 2026 will be part of the company share scheme.
