About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced

Bricklaying Supervisor

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising bricklaying teams on construction sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of bricklaying teams on site Ensure all work is completed to the required standards and within deadlines Manage labour, materials, and productivity to meet project targets Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce site safety protocols Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain accurate records of work progress, site issues, and workforce attendance

Requirements:

Minimum

SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)

certification

Gold CSCS Supervisor Card

(must be valid and up-to-date) Proven track record in supervising bricklaying teams on residential and/or commercial projects Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of building regulations and health & safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
