Bricklayers' Supervisor - West Cumbria & The Lakes
Join a thriving local leader in construction at an exciting time of growth! We're looking for an experienced bricklayer with a sharp eye for quality, the confidence to lead a team, and the skills to deliver top-notch masonry work across a variety of domestic projects.
What you'll do:
Lead bricklaying teams, ensuring quality craftsmanship on every job. Read and work from plans, keeping projects on time and to spec. Oversee apprentices and junior brickies, passing on your know-how. Keep sites safe, organised, and running smoothly. Coordinate with other trades and handle some project admin.
What we're looking for:
Solid bricklaying/blockwork experience with proven leadership skills. Strong technical knowledge and pride in your work. A team player who can also work independently.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
