Brickwork Site Manager

who's ready to take ownership, lead high-performing teams, and help us build the future--brick by brick.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading on-site brickwork operations across a range of exciting projects Managing teams of bricklayers, labourers, and subcontractors with precision and purpose Coordinating material deliveries, site logistics, and daily operations to meet project timelines Ensuring top-quality workmanship, safety, and compliance at every stage Reporting progress, resolving site issues, and working closely with senior management Contributing to a positive, professional site culture that motivates and inspires

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a

Site Manager

or

Foreman

in brickwork or general construction Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive productivity Solid understanding of H&S regulations and construction best practices CSCS card essential | SMSTS or SSSTS desirable Ambition, reliability, and a genuine passion for what you do
