We are seeking a working Site manager to manage a school refurbishment during the school hours with much more ongoing work for the right candidate.
Ideal candidate is from a carpentry or refurb background to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience in managing and supervising small- medium sized projects.
Must be willing to work on a variety of projects and tasks and work away when required for further work with out of town allowance and travel paid for.
Desirable skills:
-Good timekeeping and supervisory skills
-Good team leader and motivator
-Must have a good overall construction knowledge
-SMSTS & First Aid
-own transport, mileage paid at 0.25p per mile when working away
Additional skills such as skimming, T&J, painting, plumbing, brickwork etc all welcome additions
Must be willing to help the team deliver the job and do what needs to be done. Must have own tools and transport.
Travel & parking costs reimbursed on top of salary. All payments to comply with CIS legislation.

Pay: 25.00-28.00 per hour
