We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients whether seeking their own dress or bridesmaids or a prom dress. Your enthusiasm and knowledge of our dresses coupled with your strong communication skills will create a memorable shopping experience for our clients
Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable advice on current trends, styles, and fabric options.
Maintain an organised inventory ensuring all items are displayed attractively.
Engage with clients through effective communication, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely consultations while respecting clients' time.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and supportive environment
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
Proven time management capabilities to ensure a smooth flow of appointments and consultations.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
