Overview:


Are you passionate about weddings and experienced in creating exceptional shopping experiences? BRIDHA is seeking a highly motivated

Bridal Stylist

with a strong sales background to join our ambitious and dynamic team. As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in helping brides-to-be find their dream wedding dress while delivering a memorable, personalised experience.

In addition to working closely with clients, this role includes assisting with essential store operations such as administrative tasks, steaming and preparing dresses, and contributing to our vibrant social media presence.

This job is primarily for Saturdays only as that is our busiest day and we require an additional Bridal Stylist. There is scope to increase this further to either an additional day on Friday or Sunday. This can be discussed further at interview stage.

Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:



Assist brides in selecting their ideal wedding dress by understanding their preferences, vision, and style. Provide expert advice on bridal gowns, accessories, and styling to enhance their overall look. Create a warm and welcoming environment to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free shopping experience.

Sales:



Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling and upselling of dresses, veils, shoes, and accessories. Build strong client relationships to encourage word-of-mouth referrals

Operational Support:



Carry out administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and follow-ups. Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom by steaming dresses, restocking displays, and ensuring gowns are showroom-ready. Assist in inventory management and ensure the boutique is always tidy and presentable.

Social Media & Brand Building:



Support the boutique's social media efforts by contributing ideas, assisting with content creation, and engaging with the online community. Help showcase our unique bridal offerings and share memorable client moments (with consent) to elevate the BRIDHA brand.

Skills and Qualifications:



Proven sales experience, preferably in bridal, fashion, or luxury retail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with brides and their families. A keen eye for style, fashion, and bridal trends, with a passion for making every bride feel confident and beautiful. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive. Comfortable using social media platforms and contributing creatively to content.
