CNM Health Hub
- a dynamic, Netflix-style membership platform offering high-quality videos, expert resources, and ongoing educational content on natural health - all for a low monthly fee. This platform is designed to empower health-conscious individuals with the knowledge to take control of their well-being through natural therapies.
Along with the CNM Health hub, this role would also support and be responsible for marketing and sales of the following- CNM short courses, CNM mini courses and CNM post graduate courses.

We're looking for a driven,
Marketing & Sales Executive
to spearhead the promotion and sales of the CNM Health Hub, support Short courses/mini courses and post graduate funnel. This is a part-time role (3 days/week) suited for someone who enjoys a challenge and is passionate about wellness, natural health, and results-driven marketing.
You'll lead efforts to grow our subscriber base, convert interest into sales, and manage the customer journey from membership to potential enrolment in diploma-level CNM courses.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Conversion
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Convert leads into paying members via email, phone, and social platforms
Nurture members through the funnel towards CNM's diploma courses
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, influencer, content marketing)
Build and execute lead generation strategies
Support paid advertising and SEO to attract the right audience
Monitor campaign performance and adjust for maximum ROI
Customer Journey & Funnel Management
Own the customer funnel - from awareness to upsell
Optimise user experience on the platform and in marketing touchpoints
Build automated flows and nurturing sequences
Admin & Reporting
Maintain accurate sales and marketing records
Produce weekly progress reports on KPIs, conversion rates, and engagement
Assist with basic admin tasks related to customer onboarding and support
About You
Experience in marketing and/or sales - ideally in digital products, education, or wellness
Strong understanding of digital channels, funnels, and CRM systems
Results-oriented and target-driven, with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Passionate about natural health and education
Loves a challenge
Comfortable working independently with flexibility and initiative
