We're now looking for a

Bridal Stylist & Studio Assistant

to join our growing team. This all-round role supports both the styling and operational sides of the business -- perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, organised, boutique environment.

The Role



As a Bridal Stylist & Studio Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day running of Marrime -- assisting with appointments, preparing gowns, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring the flow of the boutique is seamless.

You'll play a key role in helping brides find their dream gown, while also ensuring every back-of-house detail is handled with care and precision.

This role is ideal for someone who's stylish, organised, and loves being part of a small, creative team delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesStyling & Client Experience



Support stylists and the Store Manager during one-to-one bridal appointments Assist with preparing dressing rooms and gowns before each appointment Help brides try on gowns, accessories, and veils with warmth and professionalism Deliver a calm, supportive experience that reflects Marrime's modern aesthetic Contribute to boutique sales performance and styling success

Studio & Operations Support



Prepare, quality-check, and steam gowns for appointments and dispatch Organise daily gown flow -- deliveries, arrivals, collections, and returns Maintain immaculate back-of-house areas and studio organisation Assist with packaging, logistics, and order management for brides' gowns Ensure the boutique floor and displays are always pristine and inspiring

Team & Store Presentation



Support the Store Manager and Supervisor in maintaining boutique standards Contribute to daily visual merchandising and stock rotation Assist during photoshoots, trunk shows, and in-store events Take initiative and pride in every detail of the client journey

About You



Previous experience in

fashion, bridal, or luxury retail

, or in a client-facing role Naturally warm, professional, and confident communicator Excellent attention to detail and presentation Highly organised with a proactive attitude Reliable, dependable, and calm under pressure

Fully flexible across Monday to Sunday

, with

weekend availability essential

Comfortable working within a small, supportive team

Desirable:



Experience in bridalwear or premium fashion retail Familiarity with Shopify POS or appointment systems such as Acuity

Salary



12.50-13.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus monthly commission and performance-based incentives.
