We are looking for passionate
Bridal Stylists
to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bridal fashion, enjoys working closely with people, and thrives in a creative and intimate retail setting.
Role Overview
The
Bridal Stylist
will be responsible for running bridal appointments, guiding each bride through her dress selection, and helping her create her dream bridal look. You'll ensure every client feels confident, supported, and inspired throughout their appointment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
bridal appointments
from start to finish.
Guide brides through their
dress selection
and help them create their complete look -- including veils, overskirts, and accessories.
Take flattering
photos and videos
of brides during appointments and send them to the bride.
Prepare the
studio
before each appointment -- including setting up dresses, drinks, and light refreshments.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and act as an
expert on bridal designers, silhouettes, fabrics, and fit
.
Build meaningful relationships with brides and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and polished environment.
Requirements
Previous experience
in bridal or luxury retail sales is required.
Strong
people skills
and a warm, engaging personality.
Excellent
time management
and attention to detail.
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
Interest in working within a
boutique, non-traditional bridal setting
.
Basic photography skills.
Availability:
At least 3 half-days (4-5 hours) and 2 full days (10 hours) per week, including one or both weekend days (Saturday/Sunday).
Must be willing to work in both
Maida Vale
and
South Kensington
locations.
Training & Growth
You'll receive
paid training
in bridal styling, including topics such as fabric types, silhouettes, gown construction, and fit.
Compensation
12.50 per hour
Plus
commission on wedding dress sales
Schedule
Minimum
30 hours per week
Includes weekends and some late evenings
Experience
Retail or bridal sales:
1 year (preferred)
Language
English (required)
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
