Job Summary:
We are seeking a part time Bridal/occasion wear Consultant to join our team. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in assisting brides-to-be and Mums in finding their dream dress. Your exceptional sales skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our clients.

This position is for every Saturday 10am to 5pm 12.21 per hour plus commission - additional days are available to cover busy periods and holidays. This position is ideal for someone seeking a LONG-TERM role with CONSISTENT AVAILABILITY and a genuine passion for building relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist brides-to-be in selecting their wedding dresses, accessories, and other bridal attire

- Help Mums and guests to find their perfect outfit and accessories.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand the bride's style preferences and offer suitable options
- Offer expert advice on dress styles, fabrics, and alterations
- Assist with making appointments for fittings and alterations as needed
- Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the overall bridal experience
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to sell bridal attire and accessories effectively
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Proficient in English
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of client orders
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Upselling abilities to offer additional products or services that complement the bridal attire
- Phone etiquette for handling inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
